Translating user goals and business ideas into viable products and services can be a balancing act. As a UI/UX practicioner, I employ the following to achieve positive results:

- User interviews, iterative design, and prototyping to validate assumptions;
- Avoidance of costly rework and anti-patterns to better serve use cases and success metrics; and
- Agile artifacts including personas, storyboards, process maps, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and functional prototypes, as needed throughout the development cycle
