BioEven as an adolescent, GEOFFREY PAY had a special interest in the mechanics of visual and interactive media. He can remember spending hours with the Choose Your Own Adventure series as he investigated every narrative thread. That fascination with interactive storytelling carried over to multimedia where his creative interests bloomed. After studying architecture and business in Philadelphia, New York City, and Paris, he found his way to San Francisco, where he embarked on a career in public service. He would eventually earn a law degree and advocate for sustainable growth and affordable housing. At the epicenter of the internet economy, he saw a variety of opportunities to apply his analytical and creative talents to multimedia solutions. Several years ago, he switched careers to pursue digital design and development. He has since compiled a diverse body of credits in various mediums including web, print, and broadcast. With each challenge, he continues to shape and execute strong creative agendas, most recently, in the roles of general manager and marketing director for Rotten Tomatoes, a company he originally joined as part of the founding team in 1999.
